According to me, one of the fields of job that are not compensated in an adequate manner is the profession of teaching particularly school teachers. The knowledge value transferred through teaching to the students cannot be measured and the systems of performance that are present are not sufficient for teaching value measurement. When more has been earned by the students in life of theirs with the gained skills and knowledge from the teachers, they are living still in majority of the nations under poverty. Majority of the teachers in countries that are developing are underpaid.
